During design freze phase of projects, our highly specialised team perform their utmost for cost saving with a coordinated and very fast responsing study.

Stamping Dies

	Following design freeze of products, engineering department designes stamping dies and manages manufacturing of toolings based on project management approach together with Gantt charts.

	Stamping dies are manufactured both in owned tool shop and by subcontractors located in local regions or in overseas.

Surface Treatment

We have ability to apply following surface treatments based on customer specifications :

- Cosmetic painting (powder coating / wet painting) by long term partners.

- Post plating (Zn / Sn / Ag / KTL) by outsourcing.

- Anodizing, Polishing by outsourcing.

- Degreasing in house.

Printing

	Silk printing and pad printing applications are served for many years with a successful cooperation with our customers.

Welding

Various welding applications are provided based on customer requests in house such as :

- MIG / MAG welding

- TIG welding

- Spot welding
